No... All characters are being upgraded to 1.0. Trust me it's for the best. The AI is will actually change according to the level you set it to be. That alone is enough for me!

This lattest update if Guile is so AWSOME

All attacks of SOMERSAULT SLASH ASSAULT no hit Cammy, Guy, Honda, Mai & Maki. Chars who takes all attacks are too many damaged (680-785 dmg)

Sonic Boom doesn't seem to require a charge, but Flash Kick does, and it doesn't work right, the timing is odd and it only fires off after you jump. Might want to take a look at the coding on Jmorphman's Guile to see how those work, in my personal experience jumping instead of doing the charge command is a VERY common problem, and his chars are one of the very few that I've found work right.

fixed, I generally don't like charge commands because I find it makes people who are not defensive, play defensively when trying to do offense. I thought I took them out, but it's cool added a little SSF4 buffer time for comboing.

I'm loving his moves! It's nice to play a Guile that is not "charge". You can be so much more aggressive with him special move wise.
One question I do have though is in regard to his sprites: Why is he so small? Here's a screenshot to show what I mean:
Infinite Guile is on the left.
I'm not knocking him in any way... I'm just kinda curious why there is such a difference in the sprites. Also it makes some of the animations look jittery and odd. (For an example take a look at his arms in his idle stance anim.)

during his QCB+pp it doesn't stop if someone else does their super. so, it can do up to 80 hits or something of its more than 1v1
