if you want them  you must go to the mugen request section and read the sticky.

That is a lot of money. Do it so i dont have to... Lol. Im serious. We all will band together to request them. Someone pay for vega, another sagat, and another bison. Im saving for athena and ibuki. And maybe gouken.

Could have put the effects of power as the Vice large explosions in epeciais Skull combo and extreme.
