Just my point of view:
-Endless Ice Screw has too long range with LP and MP. Maybe can be do in air like Ryu's tatsumaki or Zangief's spinning lariat (more static)
-Ice Impaler has too long range with LK and MK
-Ice Slide Kick has too long range with LK and MK
-Rotto Ice Cutter can be a cool air move
-Apprentice's Revenge and ultra from other turtles may be unblockable, like infinite's chars (SDM)

Thanks for this good chars and still working this way with other turtles

Pretty much the same thing I said in my Raphael thread. I like everything as it is, and I think the range on the specials are fine. The suggestion of the Rotto Cutter in the air is something I might consider but I will have to see.

Other than that, thanks for your feedback on him...
