Okay i admit, this by far is the best character you've made with this style. He looks very powerfull and the way he fights just tell's it all.

It would be much more awsome if he was MvC style

*UPDATED-11/26/2012
-Fixed color separation palette showing up on small portrait
-toned down damage on the last hits of the Kaiser Roll if the early attacks don't connect.
-made the Lift Up Blow a little less cheap by adding velocity on P2.
