*Palette Selector
*Added alt hitsounds in the config
*Added alt hitsparks in the config
*Fixed unblockable super bug
*Many Tweaks
*Made more cancels and Juggles
*Added New Dampener

what abouth us winmugen ? Yes you'll say convert it your self for winmugen but no all of us have the knowledge to do it And not all of us whant to transcend to 1.0 you know ... So I beg you Mr. Infinite make a fixes for winmugen for your characters

Sorry, but the WIN patch dosent work. It just Crashes like the MUGEN 1.0 Version
