Didn't see this coming at all. Very nice. Huge, huge improvement on the previous version, very nice improvement of and extension from the 119way effects. The only thing I have to point out is that Kula's hands flash and change color on the medium Diamond Lance.

Good job. Really nice char. Sprites of ice is awesome. I hope you'll remake Benimaru's fluffy lightning sprites in neomax into something "shocking"

Like, when an enemy is in flames after a shoryuken, hers are like, ice. so, most of her supers, ppl can recover after them, pretty quick too. kinda like Air. Hk and Hp for Ryu, when they could recover immediately, it shouldn't be happening
