Tested it out on a few different characters, they were all able to block the whole move. who were you trying it on?

It's cool to report bugs and your'e welcome to keep this way; but can you explain your problem. A screenshot is not enough to understand the problem. Is it infinite loop? Have you test against other char? IF yes,problem persist?

Since the beginig of the project, Blue BG is for KOF chars and Red BG is for SF chars.
Although Hiryu & C.Commando don't belong in one of this 2 universes, they have same BG type but in

DUDE!! I was having a match between Andy and Alex this morning, and for some reason, suddenly Andy couldn't hit Alex at all! lol All attacks went right through him. Thus allowing him to beat the shit outta me! Might wanna check that out bro...
