What is (Alpha Update) ?? what is the difference between Its state now, and the alpha update??

Alpha's are OLD and need to be updated with the newer effects and codes that will be used in the final versions of the characters for the game.

Oh! i get it. i got confused b/c it says Alpha update coming soon, so i thought these were like beta versions. Thx for the clarification

Would you be able to make like a Alt. version of Ryu and Ken that instead of their beam hodokens they do the fireball Shinku Hadokens. Only reason is that they are the only ones (so Far) that do beam moves and they can overpower any other move. Like how Sakura does Shinku hadoken and its a fireball.

Yeah, I will be doing a new Ryu, ken will be changed a bit in his update.

Cool, anything on the evil chars from Street Fighter side?? Like Bison, Sagat, and Akuma??
Also, plz tell me you are doing Athena. She kicks ass in any game ive played her in.

I freaking love this Ryu. I cant wait for his update. Will he be able to incorporate his thrust kick into chains? (Like after a sweep or standing fierce punch)

I hope he can, b/c so far its like any hit lag disappears when you do his sliding kick during a combo and immediately the CPU gets a combo. His ground Tatsumaki does multiple hits (is that supposed to be the MVC3 version??) but his air Tatsu always only does one hit and the opponent can recover after they get hit, or they recover faster when they hit the ground.

His -> v -> PP comes out really slow, you cant hit anyone with it unless they are getting hit by your partners moves or they just stand there.

His air Shinkuu Tatsumaki doesn't really combo. After an air combo the hit counter resets, and depending on the opponent, they can recover and block it b/c some chars can recover immediately after being hit if its at the end of a normal move combo.

Other than those bugs he is a really good char.

It also be cool if he was able to walk backwards/forwards while charging his Denjin Hadouken, like Reu's Evil Ryu. Or aim his Shinku Hadouken diagonally or straight up if you wanted to.......ok that's probably asking for too much lol This is already a great character. Shit every character Infinite makes has replaced the other versions I have in my library. Im gonna have a "Infinite creations only" roster soon lol

Lol MVC3 is amazing. Sometimes I forget im not playing that and i try aiming that thing.

@Infinite: His Shakunetsu only does one hit and doesn't go through and projectiles, it would be nice if it was like SF4, but it doesn't have to take any meter away. Also QCB P is really cheap, staying at a certain distance, you can trap the opponent kinda easily and its not punishable esp b/c he recovers as fast as he does during QCF P.

Are we going to be seeing Gouken?? Ik no one has done a decent looking Gouken, but that shouldn't be a problem for you... right?? lol Is there any way to bring the Boss characters a little higher up the "to do" list??

No, MvC3 wasn't even made when I did this Ryu or his last update.

I would need the sprites for the diagonal fireballs, but I don't sprite much because it is very time consuming to me.
